Why We Built TransferLink

Built by physicians who have lived the problem.

Across different healthcare organizations, we saw the same problem: direct admissions were fragmented, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on phone calls, callbacks, and institutional knowledge.

TransferLink was created out of necessity—to bring an outdated process into a new age and help patients move between independent healthcare organizations as seamlessly as they move between departments within the same hospital.
